Terms of Service

The deal, in plain terms

These terms govern your use of the Veritypress platform and the veritypress.ai site. By using the platform you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind it.

The service

Veritypress, Inc. (“Veritypress”) provides a platform that researches, drafts, checks, and helps publish editorial content for regulated verticals, with an audit trail and a public trust record behind each asset. We may add, change, or remove features as the product develops.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, for the users you authorize under your organization, and for keeping access credentials secure. You must be at least 18 and use the platform for business purposes. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Veritypress to:

  • produce or publish unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content;
  • submit protected health information — Veritypress maintains a strict no-PHI policy and is not a HIPAA business associate;
  • upload content or connect accounts you do not own or lack authorization to use, or violate the terms of a connected platform;
  • attempt to break tenant isolation, probe the service without authorization, or interfere with its operation.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content and brand material you bring to or create on the platform. You grant Veritypress the license needed to process, store, generate from, and publish that content as you direct it, including sending approved assets to the accounts you connect. You are responsible for the content you approve for publication and for having the rights to the sources and material behind it.

What Veritypress provides — and what it doesn't

Veritypress gives you a compliance-aware workflow: sourced claims, rule-based and model-based checks, a human approval gate, and a full audit trail that records how each asset was produced and reviewed. The result is evidence-backed, approval-ready content with a verifiable trust record.

That trust record attests that content has a verifiable history; it is not a guarantee that the content is accurate, lawful, or compliant in your specific context, and Veritypress does not provide legal, medical, financial, or regulatory advice. Final responsibility for what you publish rests with you and your reviewers. You should seek qualified professional advice where your use calls for it.

Connected platforms

When you connect third-party accounts (for example Google/YouTube, Meta, X, or a content platform), your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions. How we handle the credentials you connect is described in our Privacy Policy.

Fees

Fees, if any, are set out in the order form or subscription plan you agree to. Unless that agreement says otherwise, fees are payable in advance and non-refundable for the period already served.

Service “as is”

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Veritypress disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and Veritypress's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, or as required by law. On termination we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and our obligations change. We will update the date above and, for material changes, give account holders reasonable notice. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be confirmed], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
